Welcome, my dear! Thank you so much for your interest in Dear Osteopathy, please take a moment to read the notes below before inquiring.

New Patients: At this time, Florence is at capacity and is unable to accept new patients. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing high-quality care to all existing patients.

If you would like to be added to the waitlist for an Initial Osteopathic Assessment, please email florence@dearosteopathy.com along with the date of your inquiry. Patients will be taken in, in the order they have reached out to us.

Returning Patients: Are you having trouble finding the perfect date and time for you? Please add yourself to the waitlist and you will be notified as soon an appointment becomes available via text or email.

Cancellation Policy: A gentle reminder that Dear Osteopathy has a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. Last minute changes within the 24-hour window will incur a fee equal to your reserved treatment cost.

Upcoming Fee Increase: Beginning October 15, 2026 there will be an increase to Osteopathic service fee’s.

Initial Osteopathic Assessment - 90 minutes $255 + HST

Follow-up Osteopathic Treatment - 60 minutes $165 + HST

Follow-up Osteopathic Treatment - 45 minutes $130 + HST

Initial Pediatric Assessment - 60 minutes $165 + HST

Follow-up Pediatric Osteopathic Treatment - 30 minutes $113 + HST

Florence Bowen D.Sc.O, DOMP, HBSc. Kin

Florence is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and movement specialist in Toronto. With an eclectic background that includes competitive athletics and dance, yoga and Pilates instruction, and a deep knowledge of human kinetics, she brings a holistic approach to wellness. She specializes in treating and teaching pre- and post-natal women and infants, and is one of Toronto’s leading experts on diastasis-recti (the condition of “over-stretched” abdominal muscles during and after pregnancy).

As a manual therapist, she believes in empowering patients to participate in their healing. As a movement instructor, she creates dynamic strength and conditioning classes suitable for all levels in a fun and inclusive environment. She is passionate about education and has taught workshops on women’s health for health care providers, fitness instructors, and the public. She is one of the Board of Directors for the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners, a certified yoga instructor, and a certified birth Doula.
